Dates:  11/28, 12/1, 12/5, 12/8, 12/12, 12/15
Time: 7:00pm – 8:00pm GK Training.
Location: Optimist Park
Age Groups:   U15 – U19 Boys and Girls

Open to Classic and Premier Players

Cost: $95 per player

The Advanced Winter GK Training at WCWAA will provide goalkeepers a high-intensity training atmosphere with a primary focus on the physical and psychological attributes, as well as the leadership and tactical training needed to succeed at a high level. Goalkeepers will develop a variety of shot stopping techniques with the attention on reactions and recovery saves, footwork and positioning, distribution and communication to the defensive unit, and the physical conditioning needed to maintain shutouts.
