SPEED/AGILITY & CONDITIONING CAMP 1 for U11 to U19 Players 

Dates- June 26 - 29, 2023

Location- Weddington Optimist Park

Time- 8:30AM-10:00AM

Ages- U11 to U19 players only

Level- Challenge/Classic/Select/Recreation

What to Bring- Cleats, tennis shoes, water, soccer ball, shinguards.

This camp will focus on the mechanics of running and jumping. Individuals will grasp concepts of high intensity running mechanics with soccer specific conditioning.  Sessions will conclude each day with practical application in small sided games. 

Daily Schedule-

8:30- Dynamic warm up

8:45- Mechanics of running/jumping

9:15- Putting it into practice

9:35- Application with the ball
