High School Prep Camp

 

The High School Prep Camp is geared towards all rising 9th - 12th graders as they prepare for their high school tryouts and seasons.  Players will have the chance to fine tune their technical skills, increase their fitness in preparation for tryouts and give themselves the chance to get back into game shape with small sided and 11v11 games throughout the week.  It's a great opportunity for players trying out for high school for the first time, players looking to make the jump from JV to Varsity or players looking to solidfy their position as an all-conference performer.  Players from the same schools will be grouped together and given the chance to play as a team in small and full sided matches.

 6:00-6:40 Technical Training
 6:40-7:30 Small/Full sided games
 7:30-8:00 Fitness, Conditioning, Speed/Agility
