2023 WCWAA Queen City Classic

Soccer Tournament

The 2023 Queen City Classic Recreational Soccer Tournament will be held the weekend of June 3rd and 4th at Optimist Park and will offer play for U7, U8,  U9, U10, U11/12, U13/14, and U13/14/15 UCYS youth soccer teams in an environment that promotes and encourages player and team development and enjoyment for the game of soccer.  This event is for UCYS Recreational Soccer Teams ONLY, all participating players must be registered as Rec Players with NCYSA.  

The tournament will be a championship format tournament with all teams guaranteed three games over the course of Saturday and Sunday in pool play.  Championship games will be played on Sunday, upon completion of all pool play games.  

All U7 and U8 games will be officiated by a single ref.  All U9 - U15 games will be officiated by two referees.

U7 and U8 teams will play 7v7 while all U9 - U15 teams will play 8v8.

The U7 division will be coed while U8 and up teams will be divided into male and female divisions.  

The U9 and U10 female age groups will be combined into a single U9/10 division.

Both female and male U11 and U12 dage groups will combined into a single female and single male U11/12 division.

The U13 and U14 male age groups will be combined into a single U13/14 division.

The U13, U14, and U15 female age groups will be combined into a single U13/14/15 division.

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email that your application has been submitted.

Accepted teams will be notified via email.
