The July Techinical Training Program will allow players the chance to return to the field safely to focus on skills necessary for players at this age and level. Heavy emphasis on individual player development through technical training will dominate each session. Players will also work on speed, agility and conditioning as we help them prepare to return for the fall season. Although the main focus will be individual player development through technical training, sessions will include elements of tactical and positional training.
