Coaches, Parents, and Players,

Congratulations on being selected to play for WCWAA in the Classic or Premier program for the 2023/24 season. We are extremely happy to have you on board with us and are looking forward to a wonderful year.

The next step is to get your player registered. Registration will consist of two parts: online and on site.


Step 1: Online Registration

Online Registration needs to be done as soon as possible. 

Step 2: Required Paperwork 

On-Site: On-site registration will be at the WCWAA Optimist Board room (above the concession area) This is a NOT uniform year.

If you are new to WCWAA we will need to take a headshot photo for your player card.

16U-19U Girls

Wednesday, March 8th from 6-9PM 

Saturday, March 18th from 9-11AM

We need the following document (links included): 

• A completed copy of the 2023-2024 NCYSA Medical Release form.
• A completed copy of the US Club medical release form (some teams will be attending US Club tournaments).
• A completed copy of the player financial commitment form.
• [New players only] A COPY of the player’s birth certificate 

Please have your paperwork PAPERCLIPPED, filled out, signed and dated in the following order:

1. NCYSA Medical Release form
2. US Club form (if not a returning player)
3. Financial Commitment Form
